We have to fully understand why power corrupts people. And the best way to accomplish this is to improve education.

Stanford Prison Experiment was an attempt to investigate the psychological effects of perceived power, focusing on the struggle between prisoners and prison guards. Some participants developed their roles as the guards enforced authoritarian measures and ultimately subjected some prisoners to psychological torture. Many of the prisoners passively accepted psychological abuse and, by the guards' request, actively harassed other prisoners who tried to stop it.

Research suggests wearing police uniform changes the way brain processes information. We have done this as kids, when we wear a costume it can transform us into a new character.

Costume is the distinctive style of dress of an individual or group that reflects their class, gender, profession, ethnicity, nationality, activity or epoch. The term also was traditionally used to describe typical appropriate clothing for certain activities, such as riding costume, swimming costume, dance costume, and evening costume. Appropriate and acceptable costume is subject to changes in fashion and local cultural norms. Body Image

Of course there are many big players in the world beyond the mega rich. Every country has people that have the authority and control to influence changes, with some changes being bad that cause death and suffering. So everyone must learn who these people are, and we must learn to communicate with people in power. We must learn that if they are corrupted, they can be extremely dangerous. That is why we need to end this mass control and mass wealth because it does more harm then good.
This was a crazy social experiment that went wrong. We need a new governing system in society. One that is open and one that people can engage in, a system that people can control and understand. A system that is self governed, a system that is dependable, reliable and robust.

Poor people far out number the rich, but if the poor can't work together as one, then their numbers are powerless.

There are some other players too, and some are not interested in power or money, because those two things are irrelevant when you are technologically advanced and knowledgeable, but this is still not considered to be intelligent life.

Anonymity are situations where the acting person's name is unknown. (namelessness, non-identifiable, unreachable, or untrackable) Not be be confused with Privacy, this is more about Secrecy, secrecy that undermines societies right to know the facts, facts that people need in order to make good choices and good decisions. To under utilize the enormous potential of 7 billion people just for profit is insane, because it is such a small profit at such a large expense. When you compare your small profit to the enormous profit that comes from intelligent well educated people, you will clearly see that you are operating at a loss, and we all know about losses, you will eventually end up with nothing. You are at the wheel, but if we work together we can avoid the potholes and avoid driving off a cliff. And don't think that you can just park the car and wait for help, because kids die when they are left in a car on a hot day, so you either drive us to safety, or we all die.

You have to fully understand Responsibilities of Power and the Vulnerabilities of Power. Needs versus Wants

Soft Power - People Power

You have to know the Precautions to take in order to avoid the mistakes that everyone makes when they are given power.
Just like Money, people can obtain Power before they have actually earned it, or before they fully understand the responsibility of power. And just learning Management Skills will not prepare you from the destructive force of power.

We always witness Corrupt Behavior when people are in a Position of Authority, which has been well documented throughout history and to this present day. People in power can easily have their mind corrupted, We need to correct this flaw and vulnerability of the human mind. We can easily teach the skills and knowledge needed to protect people from being manipulated by the power of authority.

Position of Trust is any position that requires its holder to enjoy the trust of those who elected or chose the holder. It is often used in a more restricted sense defined by an organization or by legislation.

Abuse of Power in the form of "malfeasance in office" or "official misconduct," is the commission of an unlawful act, done in an official capacity, which affects the performance of official duties. Malfeasance in office is often grounds for a for cause removal of an elected official by statute or recall election. Abuse of power can also mean a person using the power they have for their own personal gain.

You have to know the difference between Leadership and Power. People in Leadership roles can benefit people, while people with power can abuse people and kill people.

"Freedom is not Free"

Does power corrupt people? Or do corrupt people seek power? Both. Corrupt and ignorant people seek power, which leads to psychopathic behaviors, lying to themselves, and to others. So why do we allow ignorant and corrupt people to be leaders?
You have to know why Power Corrupts the Mind, and know why the Mind Corrupts Power?

Conflict of Interest - Contradiction

It's not bad that people want power and control, power and control is not a bad thing, what's bad is how people use their power and control. Power and control can be very beneficial, but power and control can also be very abusive and very deadly. We need to correct our flaws, because thing's are obviously getting worse for everyone. There is not one country on this planet that is saying, "Hey we are doing just fine, and we don't need anything from any other country, so you guys can just go ahead and kill yourselves and destroy your own countries, I'm sure it won't affect us." It will effect everyone, every island and every piece of land will be affected. Time to wake up fellas, we can be Hero's.

The type of system is completely dependent on the distribution of power and influence of states in a region or globally.

"Freedom is having the right to explore yourself and the world around you, whether your explorations are in the form of ideas or in the form of actions. However, Freedom does not give you the right to harm or disrupt the lives of others, your freedom to explore should never take away the freedoms of others."

Everyone has power in one form or another. The Power of Choice, The Power of Freedom, The Power to Decide, The Power of having a Weapon, The Power of Authority, The Power of Fame, The Power of Beauty, The Power of Persuasion, The Power of Fortune, The Power of Control, The Power of Need, The Power of Having Something that Someone Doesn't, and so on. So power comes in many forms and types and has many varying degrees of influence. So it's not just the amount of power a person has, but the type of power they perceive to have

It's amazing how the selfish greedy interests of just a few people can cause so much damage to people and our world.
Damage that has been clearly documented throughout human history. It's not so much the faults of people but more of what happens to people when they are given power. We have to learn how to Neutralize the effects of power by improving education and teaching people about the effects of power and by the implementing restrictions on what should be allowed by people with power. People should never under estimate the value and the responsibilities of power. This is not your planet to play with, so please stop sh*ting on our only livable planet that we have in our Solar System. Authority and Ability are 2 different things. You can have power but not have the ability to use the power correctly or effectively. The fact that we can give people power who don't have ability to use it correctly, is one of the reasons why we have so many problems with incompetence and corruption. So where do we get people who have the ability to use power correctly, effectively and efficiently. Of course, we can fully educate people, we haven't tried that yet. We can already see that even people with a small amount of education can accomplish some amazing things, so just imagine what we can do when millions are fully educated?

Knowledge is Power, but you still have to have the right amount of knowledge in order to know how to use power correctly, if not, then the power of knowledge can produce negative effects instead of producing positive effects.
Instructions Manual

Power is a huge responsibility, but most people exploit the position, mostly due to their ignorance and their inability to avoid corruption and manipulation. This of course can be corrected by educating people fully. This behavior comes from ignorance, so if you educate people more, you will change the behavior. Our behavior comes from our perception of our personal experiences and our perceived knowledge. If improve the perception, you improve the behavior. We can create our own behaviors, or have others create behaviors for us. If you learn early on about behavior, you will learn that you can control and build your own personal behaviors. You can choose to have it part of your personality or just be something that benefits you and others.

Power Structures can be designed in a way that keeps people in the Dark, even the people who work for them.

People don't know who's really making the decisions and why they are making them, so most people just blindly follow orders.

Power Structure is an overall system of influence relationships between any individual and every other individual within any
selected group of people. A description of a power structure would capture the way in which power or authority is distributed between people within groups such as a government, nation, institution, organization, or a society. Such structures are of interest to various fields, including sociology, government, economics, and business. A power structure may be formal and intentionally constructed to maximize values like fairness or efficiency, as in a hierarchical organization wherein every entity, except one, is subordinate to a single other entity. Conversely, a power structure may be an informal set of roles, such as those found in a dominance hierarchy in which members of a social group interact, often aggressively, to create a ranking system. A culture that is organized in a dominance hierarchy is a dominator culture, the opposite of an egalitarian culture of partnership. A visible, dominant group or elite that holds power or authority within a power structure is often referred to as being the. Establishment. Power structures are fluid, with changes occurring constantly, either slowly or rapidly, evolving or revolutionary, peacefully or violently.

Superpower is a word used to describe a state with a dominant position in international relations and which is characterized by its unparalleled ability to exert influence or project power on a global scale. This is done through the combined-means of technological, cultural, military and economic strength, as well as diplomatic and soft power influence. One World Order

Great Power is a sovereign state that is recognized as having the ability and expertise to exert its influence on a global scale. Great powers characteristically possess military and economic strength, as well as diplomatic and soft power influence, which may cause middle or small powers to consider the great powers' opinions before taking actions of their own. International relations theorists have posited that great power status can be characterized into power capabilities, spatial aspects, and status dimensions.

World Power Index is defined as the numeric expression that expresses the accumulation of national capabilities that a State
has to exercise its power in the international system.

Small Power in the international system may never equal or surpass the effect of larger powers, they can nevertheless influence the workings of the international system together with others.

Middle Power is a sovereign state that is not a superpower nor a great power, but still has large or moderate influence
and international recognition.

Emerging Power is a term used as recognition of the rising, primarily economic, influence of a nation—or union of nations—which has steadily increased their presence in global affairs. Such a power aspires to have a more powerful position or role in international relations, either regionally or globally, and possess sufficient resources and levels of development that such goals are potentially achievable. A term also used to describe such a state is "Rising Power".

Hierarchy is an arrangement of items (objects, names, values, categories, etc.) in which the items are represented as
being "above," "below," or "at the same level as" one another. A hierarchy can link entities either directly or indirectly, and either vertically or diagonally. The only direct links in a hierarchy, insofar as they are hierarchical, are to one's immediate superior or to one of one's subordinates, although a system that is largely hierarchical can also incorporate alternative hierarchies. Indirect hierarchical links can extend "vertically" upwards or downwards via multiple links in the same direction, following a path. All parts of the hierarchy which are not linked vertically to one another nevertheless can be "horizontally" linked through a path by traveling up the hierarchy to find a common direct or indirect superior, and then down again. This is akin to two co-workers or colleagues; each reports to a common superior, but they have the same relative amount of authority. Organizational forms exist that are both alternative and complementary to hierarchy. Heterarchy is one such form.

Corporate Structure as a Factor in Poor Communication
Top-down and bottom-up communications face breakdown because line employees usually don’t think the same way as managers do.  Secret Societies

Command Hierarchy is a group of people who carry out orders based on authority within the group.
Incident Command System is a standardized approach to the command, control, and coordination of emergency response providing a common hierarchy within which responders from multiple agencies can be effective.

Dominance Hierarchy arises when members of a social group interact, often aggressively, to create a ranking system. In social living groups, members are likely to compete for access to limited resources and mating opportunities. Rather than fight each time they meet, relative relationships are formed between members of the same sex. These repetitive interactions lead to the creation of a social order that is subject to change each time a dominant animal is challenged by a subordinate one.

Hierarchical Organization is an organizational structure where every entity in the organization, except one, is subordinate to a single other entity. This arrangement is a form of a hierarchy. In an organization, the hierarchy usually consists of a singular/group of power at the top with subsequent levels of power beneath them. This is the dominant mode of organization among large organizations; most corporations, governments, and organized religions are hierarchical organizations with different levels of management, power or authority. For example, the broad, top-level overview of the general organization of the Catholic Church consists of the Pope, then the Cardinals, then the Archbishops, and so on.

Organizational Structure defines how activities such as task allocation, coordination and supervision are directed toward the
achievement of organizational aims. It can also be considered as the viewing glass or perspective through which individuals see their organization and its environment.

Organizational Culture represents the collective values, beliefs and principles of organizational members and is a product of such factors as history, product, market, technology, strategy, type of employees, management style, and national culture; culture includes the organization's vision, values, norms, systems, symbols, language, assumptions, beliefs, and habits. Encompasses values and behaviors that "contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization

Industrial and Organizational Psychology is the scientific study of human behavior in the workplace and applies psychological theories and principles to organizations and individuals in their workplace.

Corporate Governance is a joke. Broadly refers to the mechanisms, processes and relations by which corporations are controlled and directed. Governance structures and principles identify the distribution of rights and responsibilities among different participants in the corporation (such as the board of directors, managers, shareholders, creditors, auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders) and includes the rules and procedures for making decisions in corporate affairs. Corporate governance includes the processes through which corporations' objectives are set and pursued in the context of the social, regulatory and market environment. Governance mechanisms include monitoring the actions, policies, practices, and decisions of corporations, their agents, and affected stakeholders. Corporate governance practices are affected by attempts to align the interests of stakeholders. Interest in the corporate governance practices of modern corporations, particularly in relation to accountability, increased following the high-profile collapses of a number of large corporations during 2001–2002, most of which involved accounting fraud; and then again after the recent financial crisis in 2008.

Authoritarianism is a form of government characterized by strong central power and limited political freedoms.

People Power

We the People

People have the Power
, but most people don't know how to utilize their power, this is why so many people feel powerless. Knowledge is Power, but only if the knowledge you receive has power. It's not just any knowledge that gives you power, it's the knowledge that makes you realize the power you have, and also it's the knowledge that explains to you how to effectively, efficiently and collectively use power, a power that everyone should have. But power is a learned ability, and not everyone has access to this power, so this needs to change. We have the ability to solve every problem on earth, so it makes perfect sense to provide everyone with the highest quality education that the world has to offer, it's time. - BK101 (August 6, 2016)

Knowledge can give you power, but first you must acquire the knowledge that would help you avoid the trappings of power. Knowledge is a huge responsibility, power is a huge responsibility. Together they wield a force that only knowledge can tame. So learning the right things at the right time is extremely important. Only the most skilled and knowledgeable can be at the controls of such a superpower. Overconfidence can also be a trap.

Populism is when citizens are mistreated by a small circle of elites, who can be overthrown if the people recognize the danger and work together. Populism depicts elites as trampling on the rights, values, and voice of the legitimate people.

Regulatory Agency is a public authority or government agency responsible for exercising autonomous authority over some area of human activity in a regulatory or supervisory capacity. An independent regulatory agency is a regulatory agency that is independent from other branches or arms of the government. Compliance

Congressional Oversight includes the review, monitoring, and supervision of federal agencies, programs, activities, and policy implementation. Congress exercises this power largely through its congressional committee system.

Separation of Powers refers to the division of responsibilities into distinct branches to limit any one branch from exercising the core functions of another. The intent is to prevent the concentration of power and provide for checks and balances.

Second Superpower is a term used to conceptualize a global civil society as a world force comparable to or counterbalancing
the United States of America.

Political Freedom is freedom from oppression or coercion, the absence of disabling conditions for an individual and the fulfillment of enabling conditions, or the absence of life conditions of compulsion, e.g. economic compulsion, in a society.

Soft Power is the ability to attract and co-opt rather than by coercion (hard power), using force or giving money as a means of persuasion. Soft power is the ability to shape the preferences of others through appeal and attraction. A defining feature of soft power is that it is noncoercive; the currency of soft power is culture, political values, and foreign policies. Recently, the term has also been used in changing and influencing social and public opinion through relatively less transparent channels and lobbying through powerful political and non-political organizations. Soft-Power should be about educating people about the facts, and also about the choices and options that are available. "Educate instead of Intimidate or Dominate."

"The best propaganda is no propaganda"

Fourth Estate is a societal or political force or institution whose influence is not consistently or officially recognized. The other three estates are: The Religious Leaders, The Rich and Powerful, and The Citizens or Common People who have very little power or wealth.
